Equestrian Features

Equine facilities at the Double N Ranch are planned and executed for almost any equestrian discipline.

The stucco, wood and metal shed row type barn has six 12 ft. x 12 ft. stalls that open in the front to a spacious covered porch for grooming. Behind the stalls are two 120’ x 36’ shared turnouts with large shade trees that are accessed through sliding doors in the back of each stall. The barn has a wash bay, hot and cold water and good lighting.

Connected to the barn on the west end is a very attractive 600 square foot caretaker’s or groom’s apartment. It is a well planned heated and air conditioned space with full kitchen, bath, knotty pine spacious living room and bedroom that could easily accommodate two people. On the east end of the barn is the 20’ x 20’ tack room, and across the drive there is a large lighted grass arena. All of the horse areas are enclosed with five rail welded black metal fences.

Completing the equestrian compound is a 30’ x 40’ x 12’ high storage building with four double doors for equipment storage. The ranch is located just 18 miles from a first rate veterinary practice and surgical hospital.
